They were “housekeeping” so we had to wait in our car for 20 minutes. Rate of 4 for check in and communication because we arrived at 4:00 pm for check in and there were multiple and cars and people present. The rooms were beautiful and the Harry Potter bed and Star Wars bed were pure art! The movie theatre room was awesome and with 3D movies and glasses for everyone. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great in the evening with lights. We loved this home! We have three boys 4, 12, 15 and there was something for everyone. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, you won't regret it!!! We spent Thanksgiving here and they already had the tree set up for Christmas!!! It was such a magical stay. The house itself was so charming just to go room by room and enjoy all of the beautiful decor.we loved it!!! It's within a few minutes drive time to Disney World, and about 10-15 minutes from Universal and Sea World. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you need for a big family to stay, and the home was VERY clean. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this is one of the few where they have thought of everything!! We had a great time, there was toys and games for the kids, and plenty for the adults to do too! We used both the spa and the pool (the evenings were cooler) the pool is heated and was warm enough for everyone to swim in even at night as well, which was really fun at the end of a long day at the parks. We had 18 people staying in the home, and we all fit very comfortably. would definitely stay here again! thank you sooo much!!! the neighborhood felt safe and the houses around looked nice. the house is so much cooler in person, the photos don’t do it’s justice. we had no problems with check in at all because the janalynn was absolutely amazing. the house was thoroughly cleaned when me and my family arrived and everything was in perfect shape. she was so kind and thoughtful to each little detail. not to the mention the owner, janalynn had great communication and responded very quickly.
we stayed home and we’re entertained by the house itself the entire trip. everything about the house was perfect, and we didn’t even go to any parks or beaches. the backyard was so colorful and immersive (the themed for outside was under the sea). the house also came with all the amenities making everything so easy with meals, tv, and the pool and spa. the house was absolutely insane and each room was immensely themed and crazy cool. We didn’t feel like we stayed long enough!! we definitely want to come back in the future.
