When we arrived, the pictures of the outdoor views matched EXACTLY! The room set up was a different than the online pics, but still a beautiful room. If I was trying to hit a specific date to match flights I had already booked, it definitely would not have worked. Because I was flexible on dates, I was willing to do a Sunday flight & check-in. The woman I spoke to endured me calling back many times to re-confirm the dates BEFORE I bought the deal. I called the hotel directly before booking to make sure the dates/times would work.
The pictures looked AMAZING and showed ocean views right from the hotel. I took to Groupon Getaways to find a reasonably priced sunny beach location and found the 2 night Peninsula Island Resort deal. We were presented with a last minute opportunity to get out of the Frozen Tundra.
